Have you ever found yourself working on AgExpert Analyst or Field Manager PRO and had a question but couldn’t reach the Customer Care Centre? Here are some other helpful ways to find answers:

F1 Key

When you’re on a specific screen (for example, Chart of Accounts) and you want help setting up a new account, just click F1 on your keyboard. It will take you directly to the Knowledge Base page: Setting up and maintaining a Chart of Accounts.

Help Menu

Another way to find information is by clicking on the Help menu and choosing Online Community. From there you can access:

The Knowledge Base: Click on the topic you want for a wide variety of options and how-to-do tips.  

The Discussion Boards: If you have questions or observations, post them here. Often, other customers or a Support Analyst will provide answers to your questions. 

The Search Box: use the search box in the top right hand corner of the Online Community to search for a specific topic.

Help With Apps

The online community supports our apps as well. Simply choose help from the menu button in FM PRO Mobile and AgExpert Mobile and find answers to your questions.
