Connecting with Support

FCC Management Software has begun using an online tool that allows our Product Support Analysts to remotely access your computer to assist you more efficiently. This change will help us provide you with the best customer experience possible, whether you need to update your software, transfer your data file to us for repair or request help with a technical issue. 

To connect with a Product Support Analyst:

  1. Call us toll-free at 1-800-667-7893 to speak to a representative. 
  2. Your representative will direct you to select Connect to FCC Customer Care from the Help menu. A web site will open.

  3. Your representative will provide you with a session key. Enter it in the appropriate field on the web site and then click Submit.
  4. The next step depends on which web browser you're currently using.         
  • If you’re using Internet Explorer, click Run to download the file that allows your representative to connect to your computer.
  • If you’re using Firefox, click Save File. Your download manager will open.Once the file has downloaded, double click it and then click Run.
  • If you’re using Google Chrome, the download will start on the bottom of your screen.  Once it’s completed, click the arrow on the right side of the download, and then click Open.A new window will open. Click Run.

Your representative can now provide you with directions on how to complete your desired task. When your session is over, the application will automatically uninstall and your representative will no longer be able to control your computer.
