Creating a Trial Balance report

The Trial Balance report displays all accounts in the chart of accounts, and the year-to-date balance for each account.

To display a Trial Balance report:

  1. Select Report Console from the Reports menu. The report console opens.
  2. Select Financial from the menu panel on the left, and then select Trial Balance.
  3. Select the Show accounts with zero balances check box to display these accounts on the report. If you don’t select it, accounts with zero balances won’t be included on the report.
  4. Select the Date range. The report will include account balances as at the end of the specified date.
  5. Click Page View
