Farm Credit Canada ("FCC") operates the Internet site located at community.fccagexpert.ca (collectively, including all content available on the site, the "Website"). As used herein, the terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to the user or registered user using this Website. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to FCC.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of FCC and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. All software used on this Website is the property of FCC or its software suppliers and licensors and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
User Generated Content
As a website user, you may comment, ask questions, share links, and provide FCC AgExpert with feedback, by email or otherwise ("User Generated Content"). If you provide User Generated Content, you are solely responsible for your User Generated Content and the consequences of posting or publishing them on the Website.
Your submission of User Generated Content is voluntary and subject to the Privacy Policy and may is also subject to the review and approval by the website moderators.

You also grant FCC the right to use the name you submit with the User Generated Content, if any, in connection with FCC's rights set out in this section. You agree that you will not submit as part of any User Generated Content any material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner and the necessary consents from any individuals whose personally identifiable information is contained in such material to post the material and to grant FCC all the license rights granted herein.
FCC does not endorse any User Generated Content or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein. You understand that by using or viewing the Website, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. FCC expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with any User Generated Content submitted by others.
Restrictions on use
As a user, you represent and warrant that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.

Account, User name and password
In order to access some features of the Website, you may have to create an account. You may not use another's account without permission. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is true and that you will keep it up to date.

General
Governing laws, Jurisdiction
You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of Regina, in the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website and these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement and its performance will be governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that Province.
Severability
These Terms and Conditions will be severable.
