Sharing with your Processor

There are two components to sharing data with Processors: tagging fields to the processor and linking the account to the processor.

There are multiple avenues to tagging fields to your processor.  You can access the Manage Processer page by selecting Fields on the left menu.

Click the Manage Processor button to bring up the list of Processers.

Find the processor you are assigning fields and click Assign Fields.

This opens a drop-down list for you to select all the fields associated with the processer.    Click the box on the left of each field name you want associated.

You can remove a field from the processor list by clicking the X on the right.

Click outside the drop-down list when finished selecting fields.

Enter the vendor number supplied by your processor into the Vendor ID field.  You can enter optional notes about individual fields to the right of the field name.

Click Save when complete.

You can also access the manage processor page selecting Fields from the left and clicking on the field tile you want to tag.  Expand the Processor reporting section and click Manage processors.

To share with your Processor, click More on the left menu and click Sharing.

Click the Share access button if this is the first time sharing your file.

From the slide out bar on the right, select Choose, to select someone from the contact list or click Add new to add a new contact.

Ensure that there is a valid e-mail address attached to the person with whom you are sharing.  Select Processor as the access type and select the Processor you are sharing with from the drop-down list.  When everything is set how you prefer it, click Send invite

If the person did not receive the invitation or if the invitation expired, click on the original invitation under the Sharing tab and on the slide out click Resend; or Cancel invitation if the person you invited no longer requires access to your books.
