Click-to-Chat is an online chat program that lets you communicate with FCC Management Software support, kind of like texting or instant messaging. So if you’re on your computer and have a problem – and want answers, simply type your question and someone from customer care will reply.

Click-to-Chat is exclusive to Premium care subscribers. At the beginning of the Click-to-Chat session, you’ll be asked to provide your phone number to validate that you actually qualify for this new feature.
