Entering your database settings
The first time you run Field Manager Commercial, you’ll need to tell the client application where the server resides on your network. If you don’t know all of the information below, you may need to contact your network administrator.
Enter the following information and click Connect:
- Server Address – This is either the computer name or the IP address of the database server. If you’re running Field Manager Commercial on the computer with the database server, enterlocalhost.
- Port Number – Enter the port number you’ve set up to accept incoming connections on the database server.
