Adding AgriStability Codes
You're not limited to the list of AgriStability codes provided by AgExpert Analyst. You can add your own codes to the list at any time, even if the codes aren’t available in your province.
To add a new AgriStability code to your active list, go to Inventory > AgriStability Codes. Click Add to add a new commodity. You’ll be asked if you'd like to pick a code from the existing list.
If you want to add your own codes, click No. When adding your own codes, you need to enter a code and a description. Make sure the code you’re using doesn’t already appear in your AgriStability code list. Click Save when you’re done.
If you want to select from the existing list of AgriStability codes, click Yes. Select the code(s) you want to add and click OK.
Your new code(s) will now appear on your AgriStability commodity list when you post sales, purchases or inventory adjustments. These codes are also accessible through the Detailed Inventory Manager.
