Reports > Reports > Using Reports

To access your reports, click on Reports in the left navigation bar. You will then be able to select the report you would like to view.

 

 

Once you have selected your report you can use the toolbar at the top of the page to edit your report.

 

Using the toolbar:

  • Print – Click the printer icon to print the report.
  • Export – Click the export icon to save the report to Excel, CSV or as a PDF.
  • Print Layout – This will allow you to change between print layout and normal modes.
  • Page Setup – Click to edit paper size, margins, and orientation.


  • Zoom Out – select the magnifying glass icon with the minus to decrease the size of the report on the screen. The default size is set to 100%.
  • Zoom In – Select the magnifying glass with the plus to increase the size of the report on the screen.
  • Size – The size drop-down menu displays the current size on the report on the screen and allows you to change its size based on percentages.
  • Refresh – Use this to refresh the report you have on your screen.

 

The following reports have additional features:

  • Income and Expense report, General Ledger, and Transactions report: Set the date range to the current fiscal year, last month, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, or select a custom date range.
  • Trial Balance: select the date. The report will include account balances at at the end of the specified date.
