Once a crop year is completed and another one starts, you will need to add an another one to be able to enter your new year’s crop records.

To add a new Crop year, click on the drop-down arrow beside the existing crop year on the top right of the page. You can either add a previous year or the following one.

When adding a new year all the setup    information recorded in the previous year will roll over to the new year. Information such as operations and observations will not be copied over.  

You will be asked to confirm that you want to add a new crop year to prevent adding crop years inadvertently. Click yes to confirm and the new crop year will show on the top of the page.

You can now start entering your new year’s crop records.
