The following error message may appear when you attempt a full edit on a transaction that includes a capital asset purchase.
An unexpected error has occurred. Close the software and reopen it.
If this error continues, call FCC Management Software at 1-800-667-7893 for help.

Solution
- Select Preferences from the Setup menu. Then select Show or Hide Features.
- Select the Capital assets and CCA Schedule check boxes. You’ll now be able to do a full edit on the transaction.
