Creating Accountant’s Copy

Creating an accountant’s copy has been updated to allow you to choose where you would like to save the copy, rather than having to copy and paste the file manually to an external device.

To create an accountant’s copy:

  1. Select Create Accountant’s Copy from the File menu. A new window will open.

To save the accountant’s copy to specific device (such as a memory stick):

  1. Click the folder button on the right side of the Save to field.
  2. A Browse For Folder window will open, which will allow you to select where you want to save your accountant’s copy. Select the location, and click OK.
  3. The Save to field will update with the location you selected.
  4. Click the Save button. You’ll be warned if there are any unremitted GST, PST or payroll remittances. You can click No to go back and run those remittances. Otherwise, click Yes.
  5. You’ll be notified that the accountant’s copy was created successfully. Click OK to continue.
