Getting Started with AgExpert Accountant Portal
Free for accountants, bookkeepers, and accounting firms, the AgExpert Accountant Portal helps you manage client books, collaborate online, and administer subscriptions from one secure location.
Sign in to the AgExpert Accountant Portal, or request first-time access by completing this form.
With the AgExpert Accountant Portal, you can:
Manage all your client books from one central dashboard
Collaborate with clients in real time using shared online books
Work securely from anywhere with cloud access and backup
Control staff access and permissions from a single login
Access the full capabilities of AgExpert Premium Accounting

Preparing client books for migration from AgExpert Analyst
Preparing client books in advance helps ensure a smooth transition from AgExpert Analyst (Desktop) to AgExpert Premium Accounting.
Before submitting a client book for migration:
☑ Ensure the client has an active AgExpert Premium Accounting subscription or purchase one on their behalf through the Accountant Portal under the Special Offer.
☑ Confirm you have access to the client’s AgExpert Analyst data file (version 2013-01 or newer).
☑ Remove any unrecorded paycheques from AgExpert Analyst.

Special offer and programs
Migrate existing client books or add new client subscriptions for just $99.
For a limited time, accountants can purchase AgExpert Premium Accounting subscriptions through the Accountant Portal for $99 for the first year (regularly $399).
To get started, sign in to the Accountant Portal, select New Client, and choose the Special Migration Offer subscription.
