Exporting to Accountant’s Drill

Use this selection to export your AgExpert Analyst accounting data to a format that can be imported by

Accountant’s Drill. Accountant's Drill is a communications, importing and accounting information analysis tool that many accountants use. It allows accountants to import your accounting data for electronic processing.

To export to Accountant’s Drill:

  1. Click Export to Accountant’s Drill… in the Accountant menu. The Export to Accountant’s Drilldialogue box will be displayed.
  2. Select the fiscal year.
  3. Click Export. The data file you’re currently working in will be exported to a folder in your data directory.
      Note: Your accountant will import the files into Accountant’s Drill. You must give your accountant all 10 .dbf files in the export directory.
