Accessing the FCC Management Software website

If you're experiencing difficulty accessing the www.fccsoftware.ca website, you can resolve this issue by deleting your Internet cookies in your browser.

To delete Internet cookies in Internet Explorer:

  1. Open an Internet Explorer window.
  2. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
  3. Click Delete… under the Browsing history section of the General tab. The Delete Browsing History dialogue box will open.
  4. Select Temporary Internet FilesCookies, and History.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Click Settings… under the Browsing history section of the General tab. The Temporary Internet Files and History Settings dialogue box will open.
  7. Select Every time I visit the webpage under the Temporary Internet Files section.
  8. Click OK

 To delete Internet cookies in Google Chrome:

  1. Open a Google Chrome window.
  2. Click Customize and Control Google Chrome.
  3. Select History.
  4. Click Clear all browsing data. Make sure you have selected the Obliterate the following items from the beginning of time option.
  5. Select Empty the cacheDelete cookies, Clear browsing history and Clear download history. 
  6. Click Clear browsing data.

To delete Internet cookies in Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open a Mozilla Firefox window.
  2. Click Tools.
  3. Click Clear Recent History.
  4. Change the time range to clear from Last Hour to Everything.
  5. Select Browsing & Download History, Cookies and Cache
  6. Click Clear Now.

You should now be able to access the www.fccsoftware.ca site.
