Error when activating AgExpert Analyst
If you’re having trouble activating AgExpert analyst online:
- make sure you’re connected to the Internet
- make sure you have the correct serial number and email address

Note: If your email address changed, contact FCC Management Software at 1-800-667-7893 or email admin@fccsoftware.ca.
- check your antivirus software (such as Norton) to make sure that AgExpert Analyst is allowed to access the Internet
- call 1-800-667-7893 to activate the software by phone or get help from one of FCC Management Software’s support analysts.
