Creating an AgriStability Supplementary Report

AgExpert Analyst allows you to generate a facsimile of your federal AgriStability Supplementary Form for the current year. You must be using AgExpert Analyst’s advanced inventory management features to generate an accurate AgriStability Supplementary report.


To display an AgriStability Supplementary Report:

  1. Select AgriStability Supplementary from the Inventory menu. The AgriStability Report Setup dialogue box opens.
  2. Select the fiscal year to report on. Note: The AgriStability dialogue box shows the AgriStability Supplementary information for your province. Each tab corresponds to information required to complete the AgriStability Supplementary Form. If the information on the dialogue box doesn’t match your province’s information, ensure that you’ve selected the proper AgriStability province in General Preferences.
  3. Click a tab and enter information as appropriate. Much of the information is automatically drawn from transactions entered into your system, such as deferred income/accounts receivable and accounts payable/unpaid expenses. It isn’t editable.
  4. Click Save to record any changes.
  5. Click Generate Worksheet. The AgriStability Supplementary Worksheet for your province will appear
