Clearing a budget

The clear feature allows you to quickly erase multiple values from the budget spreadsheet.

To clear your budget:

  1. Select Budget from the Management menu. The Budget dialogue box appears.
  2. Select the row or column you want to clear and click Clear. The Clear dialogue box appears.
  3. Select Row to erase all values in the selected row, select Column to erase all values in the selected column, or select Entire Budget to erase all values in the spreadsheet.
  4. Click Apply.
