Setting up Deductions

Verify that all of the Deductions you require for your payroll have been set up by clicking Deductions in the left hand panel of the payroll setup window.  A list of deductions currently available will show in the window.

  1. Click Setup in the Payroll menu. The Payroll window will appear.
  2. Select Deductions from the left-hand menu to display the deductions that are already set up.
  3. Select a deduction and click Delete to remove it from the list.
  4. Select a deduction and click Edit to view or edit its setup.
  5. To add a new deduction to the list, click Add to open the Add Deduction dialogue box.
  6. Enter the following information:
