Error when generating reports in AgExpert Analyst

The following error message appears when attempting to generate reports in AgExpert Analyst:

 Could not load file or assembly 'ActiveReports.PdfExport, Version=6.0.1797.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc4967777c49a3ff' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

In most instances, the error is caused by Webroot antivirus software blocking dll program files, including:

  • ActiveReports.XlsExport.dll
  • ActiveReports.PdfExport.dll
  • ActiveReports.Document.dll

To resolve the issue, go to the quarantine section in Webroot and accept the dll files.
