Viewing an Account References report

You can generate a list of account references currently set up in the program. This helps you solve problems that may arise from incorrectly mapped accounts.

To view an Account References report:

  1. Select Report Console from the Reports menu. The report console opens.
  2. Select Transaction/Account Information from the menu panel on the left, and then select Account References.
  3. Select the categories you want to include:
  4. T2042 lines - Displays a list of T2042 line numbers and the income and expense accounts mapped to each.

    AgriStability and T1273 - Displays a list of AgriStability and T1273 line numbers and the income and expense accounts mapped to each.

    Mandatory accounts - Displays the general ledger accounts mapped to the mandatory accounts.

    CCA/Depreciation - Displays the accounts set up for book value and accumulated depreciation for each CCA/Depreciation class.

    Inventory accounts - Displays a list of inventory accounts and the income accounts mapped to each.

    Inventory adjustment accounts - Displays a list of inventory adjustment accounts and the inventory accounts mapped to each.

    Cashflow sections - Displays the cashflow sections and general ledger accounts mapped to each. 

  5. Click Generate. The report appears on the screen.
