Pending transactions.
Pending transactions can come from different sources – the Accounting mobile (coming soon), bank account connection, bank statement upload, file upload, or a MyFarmConnect connection.
The number of pending transactions that require your attention will show on the main dashboard. Click on the notification box to open and review the complete list of transactions.
Work through your transactions one by one and record those that are business related. If for any reason, you don’t want to record some transactions, they can be moved to the Deleted transactions tab.
To move transactions, a few options are available:
- You can select one or more transactions at a time by clicking on the box in front of each row, or by clicking on the 3 vertical dots at the end of the row and click Delete.
- You can also select and move all available transactions as a batch by clicking on the square box beside the Date header.
Note - All transactions moved in this tab will be held for a maximum of 90 days after which they will be permanently deleted.
If a transaction was moved to the deleted section, it can be selected and moved back to the review page any time before the 90 days.
The transaction now appears again on the list of transactions to review and can be recorded.
