Recovery and changing your password on FM PRO Mobile

Recovering your password

  1. Tap Forgot password.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your user account.
  3. Click OK.
  4. You’ll receive an email containing a link to reset the password. Tap OK. 

Changing your password

  1. Sign into FM PRO Mobile.
  2. Tap .
  3. Tap Change Password.
  4. Enter your current password under Current Password.
  5. Enter your new password under New Password.
  6. Enter your new password again under Verify Password.
  7. Tap Save.
