Moving boundary maps from the current year to a previous year
To move a boundary map from the current year to a previous year:
- Select the current crop year.
- Select Fields from the Setup menu. The Fields dialogue box appears.
- Select the field and click Edit.
- Select the GIS tab and Export the map as a .shp file.
- Close the screen and change your crop year to the previous year.
- Select Field from the Setup menu.
- Reselect the field you exported the map from.
- Select Import from the Tools menu.
- Click browse locate the .shp file you want to import. When you import the file, it’ll update the field with the original map.
