Looking for something specific in the page and not quite sure where to find it? You can always press CTRL + F on your keyboard and type a keyword. Or you can do a search (in the top right corner).
Entering inventory storage locations
Use the storage location list to track where you keep your crop inventory. You can increase the inventory in a particular storage location when you harvest a crop and decrease it when you sell the crop. You can also enter an increase or decrease in inventory in a particular storage location by recording an inventory adjustment.
Note: A separate list is maintained for each crop year.
Note: To keep your storage location records accurate, you should be diligent in allocating your inventory when recording harvests, sales and adjustments.
To open the Storage Locations dialogue box, select Inventory Storage Locations from the Setup menu.
- Click Save to save the information.
- Click Save & Close to save the information and close the dialogue box.
- Click New and enter the required information to add a new item to the list.
- To edit a selected item, click Edit (or double-click the item), edit the desired information and clickSave or Save & Close.
- Click Undo to cancel a change.
- To delete an item from the list, select the item and click Delete or press Delete on the keyboard.
- Click Copy to copy an item to the previous or next year.
- Select the Cleaning tab to track cleaning records for your storage locations.
- Select the Treatment tab to track treatment applications to your storage locations, such as spraying for bugs or applying fungicide.
