How To Connect To AgConnexion

What you need to know: 

AgConnexion allows you to import retailer invoices into AgExpert Accounting directly from the Sollio Agriculture retailer network. By automating this step, you can say goodbye to manual data entry and paperwork. This not only can save you valuable time but also reduce the risk of errors, ensuring the accuracy of your financial records.    

When connected to AgConnexion, AgExpert Accounting only receives data from your AgConnexion account. No information entered or stored in AgExpert Accounting is sent to AgConnexion. 

 

What you need to do: 

  • Have your AgConnexion account with sign-in credentials available.   

 

How to (Step by Step): 

  1. Click MyFarmConnect. 

  2. Select the AgConnexion tile. 

  3. Click Get connected. 

  4. Review the consent terms and click Continue. 

  5. Select the Download starting date.  AgExpert will download transactions from that date forward. 

    Note: The date must be from the current fiscal year you are in. 

  6. Click Continue. 

  7. You will be taken to the AgConnexion website.  Enter your Email address and Password for your AgConnexion account. 

  8. AgExpert Accounting will import records from your AgConnexion account to be found in the Pending area on your Dashboard.
