Registering your software

You’ll be required to activate your software after every update to ensure that you have a licensed, valid copy of our software.

To activate AgExpert Analyst, you must open the software and follow the instructions below. 

If you’re a new user, you have to register your software to be able to access it after 100 transactions. Registration also provides benefits such as toll-free product support at 1-800-667-7893 and notification of program updates.

Note: If your computer is connected to the Internet, you DO NOT have to call our Customer Care Centre for activation. Simply enter your serial number and email address and click Activate.

To register now, you can either activate your program online or by phone.

To activate online (Internet connection required):

1. Open AgExpert Analyst. 
2. Enter the Serial Number for your program.
3. Enter the email address that you’ve registered with FCC.
   Note: If you recently changed your email address, notify us at admin@fccsoftware.ca or call us at 1-800-667-7893.
4. Click Activate. If you’ve entered an invalid serial number or email address, the registration will fail and you’ll receive a message that one of the numbers was invalid. You must enter a valid serial number or email address.
5. Click OK.

To activate by phone:

1. Click To activate online instead, click here.
2. Enter the Serial Number for your program.
3. Call FCC Management Software’s toll-free support line at 1-800-667-7893 to receive an Activation Number. Enter the activation number.
4. Click Activate. If you’ve entered an invalid serial number or activation number, the registration will fail and you’ll receive a message that one of the numbers was invalid. You must enter a valid serial number or activation number.
5. Check Payroll Module, if you use Payroll.
6. Click OK.

If your registration is successful, the AgExpert Analyst main menu appears and the Activation dialogue box no longer appears when you open the program.
