Installing AgExpert Analyst

Installing updates is critical to keeping your software up to date, and to ensure that you experience as few issues as possible.  You will receive an email when an update is available.  When you receive an update email, you can click the Download now button to access the download site.

The download site will open in a new tab.  To begin your download, click Download.

Google Chrome

You may be asked if you want to keep or discard the file you have downloaded.  Click Keep if you are asked.

Once the file has been completely downloaded, click Open.

Edge

When you download a file in Edge, it will show the progress on the top right of your window.  Once the download is complete, you can click Open file to continue.

Firefox

When you download a file in Firefox, you will be asked if you want to save the file.  Click Save File.

The download will appear on the top right of the window.  You can click on the arrow to access your downloads.  Click on the file to continue installing.

Once you have opened the file, your computer will generally ask if you want to make changes to your computer.  Click Yes to continue.

Follow through with the installation wizard.  Once this process completes, you will be able to open your software in the newest version.
