Conversion error: One of the vacation pay rates or start years is invalid.

The following message may appear when converting to AgExpert Analyst 2013:

Abort: One of the vacation pay rates or start years is invalid.

            If this error continues, call FCC Management Software at 1-800-667-7893 for help.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Open AgExpert Analyst 2012-04/2012-05.
  2. Select Payroll from the Setup menu. The Payroll dialogue box opens.
  3. Select Vacation from the menu panel.
  4. Change the vacation pay rates or start years.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Retry the conversion to AgExpert Analyst 2013.
