Adding and Editing AgriStability Codes

AgExpert Accounting comes with a full list of AgriStability codes for your province of residence.  These codes cannot be changed, as they come from your regulatory body, and are set up as such.

However, if you would like to add your own custom codes, you are free to do this.  These codes are fully editable if you need to make any changes.

On the left navigation bar, click Inventory, and select Advanced Inventory.

On the top right, click Settings.

This will open a fly out window.  Click AgriStability codes.

Make sure to switch your codes to the commodity you need to add.

To add a custom code, click Add.

Enter the code and description.  The code can be made up of alphanumeric characters.  Click Save when you are done.

The code will be added to your list for you to use.  Codes are listed in alphabetical order, and you can use the search to find your code in the list.

If you need to make any changes to the code, you can click on it to open the information back up.  Make any changes you need and click Save when you are done.
