Linking sales and purchases to inventory
This screen is used to link commodity sales and purchases to inventory accounts so that quantities can be tracked for AgriStability purposes.
To access this screen, go to Inventory > Setup Inventory Accounts.
You will see a list of all income and expense accounts . To link an income account to inventory, find the account on your list, highlight it and click on the button. A list of available inventory accounts will be shown.
Find the appropriate inventory account, highlight it and click Select. The account will appear in the Inventory Account column and the row with the change will become bolded.
To link an expense account to inventory, find the account on your list, highlight it and click on the button. A list of available inventory accounts will be shown.
