Efficiency measures

Efficiency measures show the percentage of gross income that goes toward different expense categories. When viewed over time, they indicate whether certain expenses are becoming a drain on total income and allow you to make management decisions to control those expenses.

To set up efficiency measures:

  1. Select Operational Benchmarking from the Management menu. The Operational Benchmarkingdialogue box appears.
  2. Select Efficiency Measures from the menu panel on the left.
  3. Specify the following:
  4. Click Generate. The report will appear on screen.
