Viewing the Average Sale Price report
The Average Sale Price report shows the average gross price per unit of sales in a specific income account for any periods in the current year or for five-year comparisons.
To view an Average Sale Price report:
- Select Operational Benchmarking from the Management menu. The Operational Benchmarkingdialogue box appears.
- Select Average Sale Price from the menu panel on the left.
- Specify the following:
- Date Range - Select the date range you want to include in the report.
- For more options, click the Select dates link to display the Date Range dialogue box. Choose the date range by clicking one of the available options, dragging your mouse over the months to select a broader date range, or selecting the exact Start Date and End Date. Click OK.
- Accounts - Click the Income accounts link to open the Income Accounts dialogue box and display a list of income accounts you can include in your report.
- Select the income accounts you want to include and click OK.
- Options - Select the Show accounts with zero balances check box to display these accounts on your report. Select the Show five-year comparison check box to display a five-year comparison report based on the options you selected above.
- Click Generate to display the report in the viewer.
