ConnecteMaFerme is an AgExpert Premium feature that allows you to securely connect your AgExpert account to other applications. This process will eliminate the need for manual data entry, freeing up time and resources for you to focus on other aspects of your business.

Connecting to Aleop will let you automatically synchronize digitized statements, reports and invoices with AgExpert Accounting.  Aleop’s optical character recognition technology extract’s relevant data from images of your invoices and receipts populates it into the appropriate fields in AgExpert Accounting. These transactions will automatically be imported into AgExpert Accounting.

1. First, sign up or sign-in to your AgExpert Premium account. Once logged into AgExpert Accounting, click More on the left and click ConnecteMaFerme.

2. Click the Aleop tile.

3. Click the Login to Aleop account link below.

4. This will open Aleop’s website. Click Register to sign-up for an account or proceed to enter your credentials and click Login.  

5. You will need to authorize the integration the first time you connect AgExpert Accounting to Aleop. To do this, click the Accounting menu above and then click Accounting Synchronisations.

6. Click the AgExpert token tile and Aleop will now open AgExpert Accounting to continue with the integration process.

7. Select the businesses you wish to allow access with Aleop. Click Allow Access.

8. The next step is to follow Aleop’s user guide, to ensure Account mappings are correct. You will also need to click Document validation to continue with setup process. Afterwards you can scan receipts and enter transactions and click the payment and incomings tile to further assign your transaction types to cash, receivable, or payable entries.  Once this step is complete the transactions will automatically appear in AgExpert Accounting.

9. Transactions imported from Aleop will display an audit trail at the bottom of the transaction screen, displaying that it was imported from Aleop.

10. You can click the view original invoice button to view the original transaction imported from Aleop.

11. In AgExpert, you’re always in control of your information. You have the ability to revoke sharing and access and modify permissions as you see fit. To disconnect from Aleop, return to More on the left, ConnecteMaFerme, click the Aleop tile and simply click the disconnect button in the top right.
