Using AgExpert Accounting to submit your net worth to FCC Online Services
If you have a Premium subscription, you can share your net worth data with your FCC Online Services account.
Click on More on the left menu and MyFarmConnect.
Click on the FCC Online Services tile.
Click the Log in or Sign Up button.
Enter your FCC Online Services email and password and the Sign in button.
Once you have successfully connected, click Reports on the left menu.
Select FCC net worth statement.
Select the As at date you wish to report your net worth statement for and click Next. This date can be changed later by clicking the change date button at the top of the report. You can click the Frequently asked questions above to view more information about how sharing data works with FCC online services.
You will need to go through your asset and liability accounts and categorize them into FCC categories. Click the drop-down menu on the right under the FCC Category and select the most appropriate option for that asset account.


To exclude an account from the report you can click the three dots at the end of the row and select the Exclude account from net worth statement option. If you wish to add accounts back in later, click the Excluded accounts button at the top right of the report.

Continue through mapping the categories until all the asset accounts are complete. Once complete, review the FCC Categories to ensure the accounts have properly been mapped and included as part of the net worth statement. You can click the Add asset button and select the drop-down menu under AgExpert account to select an asset account from AgExpert. Enter a name for the item, and an amount if applicable.
Click the three dots and select exclude from the net worth statement if you need to delete it, or alternatively the move button if you want to move it to another category.
You’ll need to complete the Inventory section in its entirety, filling in all boxes (even if a $0 amount) and drop-down menus.
In the Machinery, equipment and transportation section, ensure that you have filled in the Description, Year and Market value section.
If any of your assets are missing from the list, you may add them using the Add asset bottom at the bottom of the list.
Once you have the asset section completed, switch to the Current & Term Liabilities section using the tab at the top of the page.
Similar to the Asset section, you will need to go through your liability accounts and categorize them into FCC categories. Click the drop-down menu on the right under the FCC Category and select the most appropriate option for that liability account.
You’ll need to complete the Loans section in its entirety, filling in all boxes (even if $0 amount) and drop-down menus.
At the bottom right of the screen you’ll find your save options including Save, Save and close and Save and Archive. You will also find the Download button which saves the report to your computer in PDF form. The other option is the Net worth archive button which shows you reports you have saved using the Save and Archive option.
