Reports > Reports > Generating and filtering Reports

To access your reports, click on Reports in the left navigation bar. You will then be able to select the report you would like to view.

You can easily locate reports by entering the report name in the search box. Additionally, you can pin frequently used reports by clicking on the pin icon next to the report you're looking for. Pinned reports will always appear under "Pinned Reports" at the top of the page. 

  

After selecting your report, you can utilize the toolbar located at the top of the page to make edits to your report.

  • Print – Click the printer icon to print (1) the report . Alternatively, you can use your browser print shortcut by right clicking on the report and print. You will then be able to set your printing options -
  • Export – Click the export icon (2) to save the report to Excel, CSV or as a PDF.
  • Print Layout – (3) This will allow you to change between print layout and normal modes.
  • Page Setup – use this icon (4) to edit paper size, margins, and orientation. 

 

All the reports will have specific filters that will allow to bring up specific information. The user will need to click on the desired report to find out available filters.

Some reports will prompt users to select filters before rendering the report. For the following reports, the filter menu will appear on the left side of the page:

General ledger

 

  • Choose the number of transactions to show on each page, either 50, 250 or All pages on one screen.
  • Sort the report by Transaction# or by Date
  • The date range search offers multiple options –

 

  • Reports can be run on a Cash or Accrual basis.
  • Filter to show all contacts or an individual contact.
  • It is also possible to bring up a report that shows all accounts, a single account, or a range of accounts.

Income and Expense

 

Balance Sheet (new feature released Oct 22, 2024)

The default date when running the Balance Sheet report is your year-end date.

No need to change the report date to be the first date of your fiscal year to get your opening balances anymore. A new checkbox allows you to view only your opening balances on the Balance Sheet Report, making it easier to focus on the starting point of your finances.
