Creating a Lot Number History

This report displays information about the lot numbers associated with your harvesting operations, inventory adjustments and sales. You can use lot numbers to track your inventory containers from production through to sale.

You can:

  • display all lot numbers that have been entered for a specific time period
  • track a single lot number to its original transaction
  • display all the lot numbers that have been entered for harvests, inventory adjustments and sales

To create a report:

  1. Select Report Console from the Reports menu. The report console appears.
  2. Select Inventory from the menu panel on the left, and then select Lot # History.
  3. Enter your preferences in the options panel on the right and click Generate. The Lot Number History report appears.
