Creating an Equipment Usage report
The Equipment Usage report displays information about your equipment for the selected year(s), such as when and where it was used and the costs associated with using each item.
You can create a report that displays:
- the total cost of using a particular equipment item throughout a particular crop year
- a breakdown of when and where you used a piece of equipment, and the total number of hours you put on it throughout the crop year
To create a report:
- Select Report Console from the Reports menu. The report console appears.
- Select Labour/Equipment from the menu panel on the left, and then select Equipment Usage.
- Enter your preferences in the options panel on the right and click Generate. The Equipment Usage report appears.
