Creating a Retained Earnings report

You can produce a report showing the details that make up your retained earning value. The retained earnings report shows the transaction history for the retained earnings account, including details on the Current Earnings, Personal Advances and Personal Drawings totals.

To display a Retained Earnings report:

  1. Select Report Console from the Reports menu. The report console opens.
  2. Select Financial from the menu panel on the left, and then select Retained Earnings.
  3. Click Table View.
