Error: T4 Report doesn’t generate for an employee

Program version: 2013-01 to 2014-02

You try to generate a T4 Report for an employee, but nothing happens when you select the employee and click Generate.  

Solution

Select Transactions>Payroll and click the Record tab. You’ll see that a payroll entry for the employee hasn't been recorded. Either delete or record the cheque to remove it.
