Sorting capital assets
The Capital Asset dialogue box has been updated to a grid format to allow you to easily sort and locate items in your asset list.
Click Capital Assets in the Setup menu to open the Capital Assets dialogue box.
Each asset class is grouped under the class number by default. You can collapse or expand any class by clicking (-) or (+) beside the class number.

You can also sort assets by purchase date, description or tag by clicking the heading label.
A tag has been added to each capital asset to allow you to sort your assets by type.
To add a tag to an asset, select the asset and click Edit. Enter a tag or select one from the drop-down menu. When you’re finished, click Save. The tag will now appear on the capital asset list.
When you've finished adding tags to your capital assets, change the Group by field from Class to Tag.Your assets will be sorted by type, for example, Bins.
