Setting preferences for customer statements
Use the Statements tab to set preferences for generating customer statements.
To set your statement preferences:
- Select Preferences from the Setup menu. The Preferences dialogue box appears.
- Select the Statements tab. The printing options for statements appear:
- Type of statement – Select the type of statement you want to generate:
- Blank - sheet feed – Prints plain paper statements.
- Universal - sheet feed – Prints statements on FCC Management Software’s preprinted template for laser, ink jet and bubble jet printers.
- Universal – continuous (tractor) feed – Prints statements on FCC Management Software’s pre-printed template for continuous feed printers
- Printer – Select a printer from the drop-down menu. If the printer you want isn’t displayed, verify that it’s installed properly.
- Print your business name on the statement – Select this check box to print your business name on statements. Set up your business name in Business Setup.
- Copies – Enter the number of copies you want to print for each statement.
- Message – Select this check box to add a custom message to your statements. A field appears for your message.
