Setting up software preferences

You can customize various program settings using the Software Preferences dialogue box.

To do this:

  1. Select Software Preferences from the Setup menu.
  2. Select the Operation/Observation Settings tab.
    • When I am viewing records I want to view the exact start and stop time – Check this if you would like to view the start time and end time for each operation. This is in addition to the start and end dates which are always available.
  3. Select the Numeric Precision tab.
    • Area – Select the number of digits you want to see to the right of the decimal point when displaying area values.
    • Inputs – Select the number of digits you want to see to the right of the decimal point when displaying input usage values.
  4. Click Save or Save & Close when you’re done.
