Getting help online
We’ve removed the PDF version of the reference manual from the Field Manager Help menu, beginning with the 2014-03 version. You can now find all information that was in the reference manual in the FCC Management Software Online Community. You can search our knowledge base, visit the support forums, or start an online session with a Support Analyst (depending on your service plan).
To access the online community from your Field Manager software, click Help > Search Online Help.
As well, if you press the F1 key while working in Field Manager, you’ll be taken to the appropriate knowledge base article on the online community. For example, if you’re in the Operation dialogue box, and you press F1, you’ll be taken to the online community article that deals with this area.
