Technical > Checking your Web Browser Version > Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Safari
AgExpert is compatible with 4 different browsers – Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Safari. If you receive technical support, a question you will be asked is what browser you are currently running.
Internet Explorer is identified by a light blue "e" in your taskbar. To find your version of Internet Explorer, you will need to click on the Settings button on the top right corner of the browser, and select About Internet Explorer. Your version of Internet Explorer will be displayed in the middle of your screen.
Microsoft Edge is identified by a dark blue "e" in your taskbar. To find your version of Microsoft Edge, click on the More option (three horizontal dots), and select Settings. If you scroll to the bottom, you will find your version where it says About this app.
Google Chrome is identified by a red, yellow and green circular icon in your taskbar. To find your version of Google Chrome, click on the More option (three vertical dots), select Help, and select About Google Chrome. A page will open that will identify the version of Chrome you are running.
Safari is the main web browser for MacOS. It is identified by a compass icon. To find your version of Safari, click on the Safari item on the top menu bar, and click on About Safari. A window will open that shows the version of Safari you are currently running.
