Importing email contacts

You can now import your contacts from popular email programs. To access this feature, go to Tools > Import from > Email Contacts.

We currently support importing Outlook and Gmail contacts that are in .CSV format. To import these contacts:

  1. Select the .CSV file in the first screen of your import.
  2. Click Next. The import wizard will appear, listing all contacts that appear in the CSV file. Select whether they’re customers, suppliers or personal, or any combination of the three.
  3. Click Finish. The imported contacts will now appear in your contacts list.
