Transactions > Transactions - Information > New Transaction: Upload Files

Users can now create pending transactions by uploading receipts/invoices to AgExpert. You can do so by navigating to the Purchases tab and clicking on New Transaction, then selecting Upload Files.

Search and select the files you would like to upload or drag and drop them. You can upload up to 20 invoices at a time. Once they are done uploading, you can either choose to review now or review later.

There will now be a list of pending transactions for you to review and record.

If you choose to review a transaction, you will need to fill out the basic transaction information such as supplier, bank account, expense account, etc.

If there are transactions you would like to delete, you can check them off and then select the Delete button on the top left.

Deleted transactions will be moved to the Deleted Transactions section and will remain there for 90 days before being permanently deleted.
