Transaction Screen Updates

Both the transaction screen and bank transfer screen will have changes as of the March 2023 update.

TRANSACTION SCREEN

A total field has been added to the transaction editor.  This is an optional field that is used to assist in balancing transactions.

As you structure the transaction, each additional line will attempt to automatically balance your transaction.  You can change the amount of each line as needed.

You will also be told whether your transaction is in balance.

BANK TRANSFER

When you select to do a bank transfer, you will no longer be asked which account you are transferring from before opening the screen.  Instead, the updated bank transfer screen will automatically open.

The information required for the bank transfer is no different, but the information will now be presented in a format that is more consistent with the style of the main transaction screen.  You are also now given the option to save a template, save and close, or save and new.
