AgExpert Accounting Updates

The following requested features and enhancements were made to provide a better customer experience, including:

• Enterprise feature 
• Ability to override default splits in the general journal.
• Addition of a transaction report with enterprise splits to help customers better understand how account totals for each enterprise are calculated.
• Customers will now get a pop up when running tax forms T1273, T1163, & T2042 if accounts are not mapped to these forms, this ensures documents are populated as a customer expects. 
• A new opening balance screen to simplify getting started in Accounting.

• Aleop integration. AgExpert now integrates with Aleop to automatically synchronize digitized statements, reports and invoices. Using optical character recognition (OCR) technology, Aleop makes it easy to capture images of invoices and receipts, extracts relevant data such as vendor name, invoice number, date, amount and populates it as a transaction in AgExpert Accounting.
