AgExpert Accounting Updates 
Requested enhancements. The following features and improvements were added based on user requests to deliver a better customer experience. These include:

1. New Dashboard Experience

 - Get instant visibility into: 
    - Receivables, payables, bank balances
    - Recent transactions and pending items
    - Credit card accounts and inventory value
 - Designed to support decision-making and daily workflows.

2. Invoice Customization

 - Personalize invoices with custom fields, colours, and layout options.
 - Batch print invoices and print receipts for cash sales.
 - Access invoices directly from the transaction screen.

3. Importing Transactions

 - All imports now go through the Pending Transactions screen.
 - Files identified as bank sources will automatically appear as cleared in the Bank Reconciliation tool.

4. Mobile App Improvements

 - New Employee role type allows staff to securely upload documents.
 - Admin and Employee roles can now delete images from mobile devices.

5. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

 - Enhanced account security with MFA is now available and optional for users who enable it.
 - Verify your identity via email, phone number, or an authenticator app.
 - Use the “Trust this Browser” option to skip MFA for 30 days on trusted devices.
